In the state of flow, individuals experience a sense of complete absorption in the present moment, losing track of time and self-consciousness as they become fully immersed in the task at hand. Flow is often described as a state of heightened concentration and enjoyment, where individuals experience a perfect balance between challenge and skill.

      2. Components of Flow Experience

      Clear Goals: One of the key components of flow experience is having clear and achievable goals that provide a sense of direction and purpose. Clear goals help individuals focus their attention and efforts, guiding their actions and decisions throughout the activity.
