Essential items to keep in a First Aid Box:

      1. Adhesive Bandages: Various sizes for minor cuts and scrapes.
      2. Sterile Gauze Pads: To dress larger wounds and control bleeding.
      3. Adhesive Tape: Secures dressings and bandages in place.
      4. Antiseptic Wipes/Solution: Cleanses wounds and prevents infection.
      5. Scissors and Tweezers: For cutting bandages and removing debris.
      6. Disposable Gloves: Protects the first aider from bodily fluids and contaminants.
      7. Triangular Bandage: Can be used as a sling or for immobilization.
      8. Instant Cold Pack: Relieves pain and swelling from minor injuries.
      9. CPR Mask: Provides a barrier during CPR.
      10. Emergency Contact Numbers: Including local emergency services and poison control.

First aid treatment for a fall resulting in unconsciousness:

      1. Assess the Scene: Ensure the area is safe before approaching the casualty.
      2. Check Responsiveness: Tap the person and shout loudly to assess if they respond.
      3. Open Airway: If unresponsive, carefully tilt their head back and lift their chin to open the airway.
      4. Check Breathing: Look, listen, and feel for breathing. If not breathing, begin CPR immediately.
      5. Call for Help: If alone, call emergency services or ask someone nearby to do so while you initiate CPR.
      6. Continue CPR: Perform cycles of chest compressions and rescue breaths until help arrives or the person shows signs of responsiveness.

First aid treatment for nose bleeding:

      1. Sit the Person Down: Have them sit upright and lean slightly forward to prevent blood from flowing down the throat.
      2. Pinch the Nose: Using your thumb and index finger, pinch the soft part of the nose (just below the bridge) for 5-10 minutes to apply pressure and stop the bleeding.
      3. Apply Cold Compress: Place a cold compress or ice pack wrapped in a cloth over the nose to constrict blood vessels and reduce swelling.
      4. Avoid Tilting Back: Do not tilt the head back, as it may cause blood to flow down the throat and into the stomach, potentially causing nausea or vomiting.
      5. Seek Medical Attention: If bleeding persists for more than 15-20 minutes, is accompanied by dizziness or difficulty breathing, or if the person has a history of frequent nosebleeds, seek medical attention promptly.

These first aid measures aim to stabilize the casualty and provide immediate care until professional medical help can be obtained.
