      1. Proactive Behavior:

      Proactive behavior involves taking initiative and anticipating future challenges or opportunities rather than simply reacting to them. Employees who exhibit proactive behavior demonstrate initiative, creativity, and a willingness to go above and beyond their assigned duties. They actively seek out ways to improve processes, solve problems, and contribute to organizational success. Proactive employees are self-starters who take ownership of their work and are more likely to drive innovation, adapt to change, and achieve outstanding results.

      2. Counterproductive Behavior:

      Counterproductive behavior refers to actions or attitudes that hinder organizational goals, undermine team cohesion, and detract from overall productivity. Examples of counterproductive behavior include absenteeism, tardiness, workplace gossip, negative attitudes, conflict, sabotage, and unethical conduct. Counterproductive behaviors can have detrimental effects on morale, performance, and workplace culture, leading to decreased motivation, increased turnover, and reduced organizational effectiveness. Addressing counterproductive behavior requires proactive management strategies such as clear expectations, consistent consequences, and constructive feedback.

      3. Adaptive Behavior:

      Adaptive behavior involves the ability to adjust and thrive in response to changing circumstances, challenges, and demands. In today's dynamic work environment, adaptability is a critical skill that enables employees to navigate uncertainty, embrace change, and remain resilient in the face of adversity. Adaptive employees demonstrate flexibility, openness to new ideas, and a willingness to learn and grow. They are quick to respond to changing priorities, take on new responsibilities, and collaborate effectively with others. Cultivating adaptive behavior within the workforce is essential for fostering agility, innovation, and long-term organizational success in an ever-evolving business landscape.
