      4. Customs, Excise, and Service Tax Appellate Tribunal (CESTAT):

        • CESTAT is responsible for adjudicating disputes related to customs, excise, and service tax matters. It provides a forum for individuals and businesses to appeal decisions of tax authorities.
      5. National Green Tribunal (NGT):

        • NGT handles cases related to environmental protection and conservation. It has the authority to hear appeals and resolve disputes concerning environmental issues.
      6. Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission:

        • Consumer forums at the district, state, and national levels serve as quasi-judicial bodies to address consumer grievances and disputes.
      7. Intellectual Property Appellate Board (IPAB):

        • IPAB deals with appeals and disputes related to intellectual property rights, including patents, trademarks, and copyrights.
      8. Securities Appellate Tribunal (SAT):

        • SAT adjudicates disputes related to securities and capital markets. It hears appeals against decisions of regulatory bodies such as SEBI.
      9. Railway Claims Tribunal (RCT):

        • RCT deals with compensation claims arising from railway accidents and mishaps. It provides a specialized forum for resolving disputes related to railway incidents.
      10. Debts Recovery Tribunal (DRT):

        • DRT is responsible for adjudicating cases related to the recovery of debts by banks and financial institutions. It provides a mechanism for expeditious resolution of debt recovery matters.

These administrative tribunals cater to specific areas of law and governance, offering a specialized forum for resolving disputes and appeals in their respective domains. They contribute to the efficiency of the legal system by providing quicker and more focused resolution of issues.
