Emotions and Feelings:
Emotions are complex, automatic responses to stimuli, involving physiological changes and expressive behaviors. Feelings, on the other hand, are conscious experiences associated with emotions. Emotions are the raw, instinctive reactions, while feelings are the subjective interpretations and conscious awareness of those reactions. In essence, emotions are primal and universal, while feelings are personal and shaped by individual experiences and cognitive processes.
