      Model Certified Standing Order of ABC Ltd.

      1. Title and Commencement:

      These Certified Standing Orders shall be known as the "ABC Ltd. Certified Standing Orders" and shall come into force with effect from [Date of Commencement].

      2. Application:

      These Standing Orders shall apply to all employees of ABC Ltd., whether permanent, temporary, contractual, or on probation, excluding those specifically exempted by the management in writing.

      3. Working Hours:

      a) The normal working hours shall be [Insert Working Hours] with a lunch break of [Insert Duration].

      b) All employees are required to adhere to the designated working hours unless otherwise instructed by the management.

      4. Leave Policy:

      b) Employees may submit their grievances in writing to the HR department, and the Grievance Redressal Committee shall strive to resolve them in a fair and timely manner.

      8. Amendment and Interpretation:

      a) These Standing Orders may be amended or modified by the management of ABC Ltd. as deemed necessary, subject to the provisions of applicable laws.

      b) Any dispute or interpretation regarding these Standing Orders shall be referred to the management for resolution, whose decision shall be final and binding.

      9. Certification:

      These Standing Orders have been certified by the [Insert Designation of Certifying Officer] on behalf of ABC Ltd. in accordance with the Industrial Employment (Standing Orders) Act, 1946.
