Bureaucratization aims to promote efficiency, predictability, and accountability within organizations but can also lead to certain challenges and implications, especially when applied to trade unions.

      Analyzing the process of bureaucratization in trade unions involves understanding how these organizations evolve to adopt bureaucratic characteristics and how this transformation impacts their functions, dynamics, and effectiveness. Here are key aspects to consider:

      1. Adoption of Formal Structures: As trade unions grow and become more complex, they often adopt formal bureaucratic structures to manage their operations.
