      Employee Performance:
      Job satisfaction is positively correlated with employee performance. Satisfied employees are more likely to be motivated, engaged, and committed to their work, resulting in higher levels of productivity, quality of work, and job performance. They are also more likely to demonstrate discretionary effort, going above and beyond their formal job requirements to achieve organizational goals.

      Employee Retention:
      Job satisfaction plays a crucial role in employee retention and turnover. Satisfied employees are less likely to voluntarily leave their jobs, reducing turnover rates and associated costs for recruitment, training, and replacement. They are more likely to remain loyal to the organization, contributing to long-term stability and continuity in the workforce.

      Organizational Commitment:
      Job satisfaction is strongly associated with organizational commitment—the extent to which employees identify with, feel attached to, and are dedicated to their organization.
